Karate is not JUST for kids. For those who want learn to fight and get in great shape, but are not interested in the formality of traditional classes, this one is for you. This class consists of sparring and hand-to-hand combat, plus a considerable amount of conditioning.

*  No experience is required, just the desire to improve yourself. 

*  No equipment needed to start, but sparring pads will eventually be a requirement.

*  Cost is $40 monthly, no contracts.
